We would like to arrange a direct interview with the applicant. You would be requested for a kind schedule for the interview.

Once the recruitment process is over, when the personnel introduced by SEC has been appointed by your organization, we would claim for the referral fee for every individual.
The referral fee is approximately 20 to 40% of the assumed or estimated annual income decided by your Human resource executive during recruitment process. The referral fee may vary according to the type of work(Industry), employment condition.

※In regards, if the empoyee introduced by SEC resigns or retires for self-conveniences, according to the refund policy at the time of contract,
・Fraction of the processing fee(incase of payment in installment, unpaid installment will be stopped) would be refunded
・Refund policy may vary according to the length of working period and for every individual. Please consult and confirm about refund policy at the time of contract.
※The referral fee tructure has been posted on the notice document stipulated by the Employment Security Law office. Though the upper limit is specified on that table, the actual fee is 20~40%.

【About the fees】
Fisrt of all, our esteemed employer will be charged 1000(one thousand) yen as recruitment registration fee,Except that, we charge only 「Successful Recruitment」fee when the employment contract with the applicant has been done by you.
About Arrangment of Interview】

We will arrange an interview from the match found by our company’s self developed employer-applicant matching system based on-

the information collected from「Employee Wanted」advertisement or direct consultation with the Employer

the information collected from「Career Sheet」or direct consultation with Job applicant,
