Having or charging any referral fee from job seekers 
is strictly prohibitted by the Employment Security Law. 
Therefore, job seekers can search their professions and occupations for free.

After meeting and examining a large number job applicants, I would like to hire.

If it requires money each time, then doesnot it be cause of huge expenses only in recruitment process?

【About the fees】
Fisrt of all, our esteemed employer will be charged 1000(one thousand) yen as recruitment registration fee,Except that, we charge only 「Successful Recruitment」fee when the employment contract with the applicant has been done by you.
About Arrangment of Interview】

We will arrange an interview from the match found by our company’s self developed employer-applicant matching system based on-

the information collected from「Employee Wanted」advertisement or direct consultation with the Employer

the information collected from「Career Sheet」or direct consultation with Job applicant,

in advance.
