Privacy Policy

SEC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as「SEC」) establishes the private information protection policy as follows and establishes a mechanism for private information protection, thoroughly recognizing and addressing the importance of protecting private information for all employees, by doing so, we will promote the protection of private information.

Management of Private Information

In order to keep customers private information accurate and up to date, SEC maintains a security system, prevents unauthorized access to private information, loss, destruction, alteration, leaks, etc. In SEC Security information system, we take necessary measures such as thorough encryption, implement safety measures and strictly manage private information.

Use of Private Information

As per business scope of SEC, private information we collect from customers will be used as a communication tool between service providers and service receivers and as guide line to reply our customers’ queries. 

Prohibition of private information offering ・disclosure to third party

SEC will properly manage the private information collected from customers and will not disclose private information to third parties unless it falls under any of the following cases.

• When it is approved by the customer
• When the organization to deal with is trustworthy by SEC and respective customer is also interested for the service of the organization.
• When it is necessary to disclose based on laws and regulations

Security measures for private information

In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of private information, SEC has taken thorough measures for security.

Referral of Applicant

If our customer(Organization) wish to inquire, modify or delete private information of the applicant, approval from the applicant must be confirmed with verification of the authenticity of the applicant.

Observation and compiance with laws, ordinances and norms

SEC will comply with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to personal information we possess and other norms as well as review the contents of this policy as necessary and make efforts to improve it.
